We all carry dreams in our hearts. Dreams are unique to each and one of us. The problem is that we have been conditioned to think that dreams are only dreams. With the right knowledge and support systems dreams can and do come true. Everything in life grows and expands and we are part of this upward movement. We grow by listening to our heart’s desires or discontents. Fulfilling one’s heart desires stimulates LIFE within us. And with this vitality we find health, happiness and abundance.

My dream and passion to become certified to teach and coach individuals and corporations transformation principles is made possible today due to the relentless dedication of Brave Thinking® Institute and HeartMath® Institute and Canada Coach & Mentor Academy Inc. Experts in transformation and performance coaching that bring a wealth of knowledge, empirical studies and proven and reliable tools and programs on how we can tap into our potential and transform our lives to ones that we absolutely love living. This website serves as a vehicle to create new awareness and offer possibilities to access and learn this body of knowledge.
