How does Corporate Training & Coaching Work?

  • Offered for groups of 10 – 30 individuals.
  • Training can be provided via half-day workshops or weekly 60 minutes training in tandem with 30 minutes personalized coaching.
  • Training and coaching sessions are given live or via a video conferencing platform. Program length is usually between 12 - 24 weeks.
  • Training and coaching sessions are interactive and include key learnings on transformational principles, tools and techniques, self-reflection exercises and group discussions.
  • Outside the training and coaching calls, participants integrate the knowledge learnt through practical exercises.

How does Individual Training & Coaching Work?

  • Offered weekly via a video conferencing platform.
  • Length varies depending on the program but is usually a minimum of 8 weeks.
  • Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and include key learnings on transformational principles, tools and techniques, self-reflection exercises and personalized coaching.
  • Participants integrate the knowledge acquired through the training by listening to audios and completing practical exercises.
